Seguin Commerce Center is a 545 acre mixed-use development at the intersection of Interstate 10 and FM78 in Seguin, Texas. Located across I-10 from the new Caterpillar Engine Assembly Plant, the center features a 132-acre light industrial district in Phase I, a 140-acre industrial district in Phase II, and a 127-acre commercial and retail district. Intersection improvements planned by the Texas DOT will provide easy access to this high-traffic, shovel-ready site from both I-10 and FM78.
