Cedar Valley TechWorks: Waterloo IA

The Cedar Valley TechWorks project has been conceived as a combination bio products expo and incubator marketplace to help define, expand, and nurture the region’s emerging bio economy. Located within the world’s most productive farmland region and close to leading research institutions, Cedar Valley TechWorks is well positioned to capitalize on this burgeoning agri-based biotechnology sector. The development of a central campus connecting producers, manufacturers, students, and consumers will help serve in the development of new biotechnology businesses.

This 40 acre campus with over 342,000 square foot will provide a venue for collaboration within the bio product industry and area educational institutions. Bio product businesses will have access to local support for training, business management and entrepreneur assistance, and agri-based bio technology research.
